Rustic Vibes for Photos
This preset gives your photos a rustic look by focusing on earthy tones. It creates a laid-back, rural mood that highlights the simplicity of farm life.
For best results, use it on photos of farms, homesteading, or outdoor scenes where you want to emphasize a rustic mood. Photos lit with natural light work especially well with this look.
Color Grading
Reds are boosted just enough to create a barn red color that feels natural and warm. Greens are shifted to a sage green, softening grass and foliage for a more muted, cottage-like vibe. Blues are adjusted to cobalt, giving skies or water a deeper tone. The overall palette combines barn red, sage green, and cobalt blue for a classic countryside aesthetic.
Skin Tone Protection
In the free download, you’ll receive the standard Farmhouse preset. If you are a Pro member, you will receive an additional Lightroom Preset with skin tone protection. This preset uses VOXCOLOR’s Skin Tone Protection algorithm to restore the original skin tones, making it ideal for portraits.
This preset already produces natural-looking skin tones, but the results can sometimes appear slightly flat. If you’re aiming for an even more realistic and refined look, applying skin-protected presets can enhance your photo with a softer, more natural appearance.
