This Lightroom preset gives your photos a film look with lifted shadows and contrasty midtones. It works with many types of photos and one of the more neutral Instagram filters.

This preset is part of the 2010s Instagram aesthetic project where I recreate the look of retro Instagram filters.

Color Grading

This preset lowers the highlights, lifts the shadows, and boosts contrast in the midtones. There are no hue shifts since the original Lo-Fi filter was created using RGB curves. This preset recreates that look.

Skin Tone Protection

In the free download, you’ll receive the standard Lo-Fi preset. If you are a Pro member, you will receive an additional Lightroom Preset with skin tone protection. This preset uses VOXCOLOR’s Skin Tone Protection algorithm to restore the original skin tones, making it ideal for portraits.
