This Copyright and Takedown page forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.

2000px Media Inc. respects copyright and expects everyone who uses the Services to do the same. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, including reviews and photos that users post, and how we handle those reports.

Reporting Infringing Material

Email legal@2000px.com with the subject “Copyright” and include: your name and contact details; the work you say is infringed; the location (URL) of the material on our Services; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.

What We Do

Under Canada’s notice and notice rules we forward a valid notice to the person who posted the material and keep a record. Where a report is valid and appropriate, we also remove or disable access to the material.

If You Posted the Material

If we remove or disable access to something you posted and you believe that was a mistake, email legal@2000px.com with the details and we will review it and restore the material if appropriate.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or close the account of anyone subject to repeated valid infringement reports.
