This Refund Policy applies to paid Free Presets memberships, subscriptions, Products, and digital downloads unless a Product page or checkout says otherwise. Capitalized terms such as Products, Files, Finished Works, and Derivative Products have the meanings given in the Terms of Use and License Terms.
For this policy, “Delivered” means download access was made available through your account, checkout, email, receipt, customer dashboard, or download link, even if you choose not to download the Files immediately.
Digital Download Rule
Products and Files are digital goods delivered through account and download access. Once access is granted, files are delivered, or Products are downloaded, refunds may be limited because digital goods cannot be physically returned.
Goodwill Refund Window
We may offer a goodwill refund within 14 days of purchase if you contact support with the order email, order number, Product or membership, purchase date, and the issue you experienced. Approval is not automatic and depends on the facts, download/access history, abuse signals, payment status, and applicable law.
When Refunds May Be Denied
- Products or Files were downloaded, copied, substantially accessed, or used.
- The request follows account sharing, excessive downloading, scraping, redistribution, resale, Derivative Product creation, or other License Terms violations.
- The issue is caused by unsupported software, third-party app changes, device limitations, color-management differences, source footage, or missing backups after compatibility information was available.
- The request is for a renewal after the renewal period already started, unless required by law.
- The request is connected to fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or inaccurate account information.
Cancellations and Renewals
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges. If a payment fails, access may pause until payment is resolved. Legacy SureCart/SureMembers subscriptions may use legacy account management while they remain active.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of account access while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license termination and denial of future purchases.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location. If local law gives you cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived, we will honor those rights.
