These Terms of Use are between you and 2000px Media Inc. and govern your access to Free Presets, including the website, accounts, memberships, downloads, checkout, support, and related Services. By using the Services, creating an account, downloading files, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms, the License Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.
Definitions
“Products” means presets, LUTs, profiles, ZIP files, documentation, previews, examples, memberships, subscriptions, and related digital materials offered by Free Presets. “Files” means the downloadable or accessible digital files included in a Product. “Finished Works” means photos, videos, client deliverables, and other creative output you create using the Products. “Derivative Products” means presets, LUTs, profiles, filters, templates, bundles, datasets, automated tools, or competing products based on, extracted from, converted from, or substantially similar to the Products or Files.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts and download access are personal to the registered user unless a plan page or written agreement clearly allows team use. You may not share login credentials, publish download links, bypass access controls, scrape the catalog, or use automation to create accounts, collect Products, or mass-download Files.
Digital Products and License
Products and Files are licensed, not sold. Your rights are defined in the License Terms and any product-specific terms shown on the Product page or checkout. Ownership of the Products, Files, names, previews, documentation, and related intellectual property remains with 2000px Media Inc. or its licensors.
You may not redistribute, resell, upload, mirror, sublicense, repackage, reverse engineer, convert, extract, clone, or create Derivative Products from any Product or File, including modified or slightly altered versions.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Legacy Billing
New purchases are handled through Easy Digital Downloads and supported payment processors. Some legacy subscriptions may continue through SureCart/SureMembers while older customer relationships remain active. Prices, features, billing periods, renewal terms, and included access are shown at checkout or on membership pages.
You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Failed payments may pause or end access. Cancellations stop future renewal charges but do not automatically create a refund unless the Refund Policy or applicable law requires one.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Abuse
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Because Products are digital downloads, refund eligibility may be limited after access or delivery. Fraud, account sharing, excessive downloading, scraping, redistribution, chargeback abuse, or License Terms violations may result in refund denial, access suspension, license termination, or other remedies.
Support and Compatibility
We try to provide accurate compatibility information for Lightroom presets, LUTs, and supported editing software. Software updates, device differences, color management, source footage, and workflow differences can affect results. You are responsible for backups and for confirming compatibility before relying on a Product in client or production work.
User Submissions
If you submit feedback, preset requests, ideas, examples, support messages, or similar content, you grant 2000px Media Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, copy, modify, publish, and otherwise use those submissions to operate, improve, support, and promote the Services and Products, without compensation to you. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized material.
Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the Services, attack or probe security, abuse support or refund processes, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, violate law, or use the Services in a way that harms Free Presets, other users, payment processors, service providers, or licensors.
Third-Party Services
The Services depend on third-party providers for payments, email, security, analytics, ads, hosting, and performance. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, 2000px Media Inc. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every workflow, or any specific creative result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Free Presets for the Product or membership giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 2000px Media Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or Products, violation of these Terms or the License Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, the License Terms, payment obligations, security rules, or applicable law. Termination does not waive our rights to enforce licenses, collect amounts owed, pursue takedowns, recover damages, or protect the Services and Products. Sections intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, license restrictions, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions, will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Your use of the Services may also be subject to other local, provincial, state, national, or international laws. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted unless a different effective date is stated. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably practical.
