2000px Media Inc. operates FreePresets.io (“Free Presets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the site, create an account, download presets or LUTs, buy a membership, contact support, subscribe to emails, or use related services.
In this policy, “Products” means our presets, LUTs, profiles, ZIP files, documentation, previews, examples, memberships, subscriptions, and related digital materials. “Services” means the website, accounts, checkout, downloads, support, newsletter, and related features.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, username, password data handled by WordPress, account preferences, legal-consent records, newsletter choices, and membership status.
- Purchase and access records: products purchased, subscription status, renewal/cancellation information, invoices, tax and billing details when provided, payment processor references, order history, license/access records, and download history.
- Support and submissions: contact form messages, preset requests, support context, order details you provide, attachments or links you choose to send, and related communications.
- Usage and technical information: pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser/device data, cookies, consent choices, analytics events, security logs, and performance diagnostics.
Payment card and wallet details are handled by payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We receive processor references and transaction status information, not full card numbers.
