License Terms

Last updated: May 24, 2026

These License Terms are between you and 2000px Media Inc. and explain what you can and cannot do with Free Presets Products and Files. They apply in addition to the Terms of Use and any product-specific terms shown on a Product page or checkout.

Definitions

“Products” means presets, LUTs, profiles, ZIP files, documentation, previews, examples, memberships, subscriptions, and related digital materials. “Files” means downloadable or accessible digital files included in a Product. “Finished Works” means photos, videos, client deliverables, advertisements, social posts, portfolio pieces, and other creative output you create using Products. “Derivative Products” means presets, LUTs, profiles, filters, templates, bundles, datasets, automated tools, or competing products based on, extracted from, converted from, reverse engineered from, or substantially similar to Products or Files.

Licensed, Not Sold

Products and Files are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own the original Files, names, previews, documentation, or related intellectual property. 2000px Media Inc. and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Free Downloads

Unless a Product page says otherwise, free downloads are licensed for personal use, learning, testing, and evaluating styles in your own work. Free downloads do not include the right to use the Files in revenue-generating client work, resale, redistribution, templates, commercial packs, or as source material for Derivative Products.

Pro and Studio Access

Active Pro or Studio access includes commercial use in Finished Works, including client projects, portfolio work, social content, advertising, and similar final edited photos or videos. Commercial use does not include any right to provide, transfer, publish, embed, or distribute the original Files or any Derivative Products.

Unless a plan page or written agreement clearly allows team use, access is tied to the purchasing account and may not be shared with any other person, team, agency, school, private community, chat group, file-sharing service, marketplace, or production company.

What You May Do

  • Use licensed Products to edit your own photos and videos.
  • Use Pro/Studio-licensed results in Finished Works, including commercial and client work.
  • Make reasonable backup copies for your own account and devices.
  • Export and deliver Finished Works that do not include the original Files or reusable Derivative Products.

What You May Not Do

  • Sell, share, gift, upload, sublicense, rent, lend, mirror, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise make Products or Files available to any third party.
  • Include Products or Files in preset packs, LUT packs, bundles, templates, courses, memberships, download libraries, file-sharing services, marketplaces, client handoff packages, or similar distribution channels.
  • Modify Files slightly and release them as your own Products or Derivative Products.
  • Reverse engineer, extract, convert, decrypt, disassemble, decompile, clone, copy, or recreate Products or Files to build competing products.
  • Use Products or Files to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build AI models, datasets, automated color-grading tools, or competing generation products.
  • Bypass download limits, share accounts, publish direct file URLs, scrape the catalog, or use bots to collect Products or Files.
  • Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, proprietary, or attribution notices.
  • Claim ownership of Free Presets Products, Files, previews, examples, documentation, or product names.

Client and Collaborator Work

You may deliver Finished Works to clients. You may not deliver original Files, editable presets, LUT files, reusable color settings, source files, or any Derivative Product unless 2000px Media Inc. gives written permission.

Subscription Access and Cancellation

Some license rights depend on active Pro or Studio access. If your subscription ends, you may keep using Finished Works created while your subscription was active, but you may lose access to download Products again, receive updates, or use Products for new commercial projects unless your plan, a written agreement, or applicable law says otherwise.

Breach and Enforcement

If you breach these License Terms, your license terminates immediately. You must stop using the Products and Files, delete copies where required, and stop distributing any unauthorized or infringing materials. 2000px Media Inc. may suspend access, revoke downloads, deny refunds, issue takedown notices, investigate abuse, pursue damages, and seek all available legal and equitable remedies.

No Transfer

You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or delegate your license or account access without prior written permission from 2000px Media Inc.. Any attempted transfer without permission is void.
