AKA Breaking Bad Meme LUT

This LUT is based on Breaking Bad’s Mexico scenes: a warm yellow cast that signals heat, dust, and tension. Traffic set the template with tobacco filters, extra contrast, and grain, and you will see similar grading in Man on Fire, Narcos, and Extraction. The recipe is simple: push highlights to yellow, shadows to brown, turn blues to green.

Use it to set the mood quickly, for satire or memes. It shines in daylight on deserts, concrete, and city streets. Apply it lightly for a soft warm look or push it hard for an over the top yellow.

Color Grading

This preset shifts colors toward red and green, producing a strong yellow cast. In scenes with cloudy skies, the sky will turn fully yellow.
